Afterburn's recording facility was built from the ground up from the perspective of the working musician.  The main room is laid out to ensure a full band can lay down scratch tracks together with zero instrument bleed.

A simplified engineering workstation and heavily insulated isolation booth give you all of the practical necessities of the big studios without the expensive overhead.
