Open Media Format (OMF) project.  Perfect for transferring from ProTools.

Cakewalk .CWP project or .BUN file.

Synchronized .WAV files.  Files can vary in length, but all files must start at the 0.00 seconds mark.  This means that some tracks will have extra blank space/silence at the beginning.

Project files may be delivered on CD or DVD.  We also support USB and firewire connectivity for portable hard drives/zip drives.

Plug your portable multi-track recording hardware into our system directly to load in your tracks.

Direct transfers from recording hardware can be performed using your 1/4" and XLR outputs.  We also support USB and firewire connectivity for digital recording systems.

If you have any questions, just call us.  We'll be glad to walk you through the technical details on how to deliver your tracks for remixing.

1.  Prepare your material

Get your individual tracks into one of the supported formats.  If your music is stored on portable recording hardware,  just bring it in and we'll transfer your tracks directly.

2.  Meet with the engineer

In the initial consultation we'll verify that your media has been delivered in a usable format.  We'll also discuss specifics on what you want the final mix to sound like including relative instrument levels, panning, effects, etc.

3.  Mixdown work begins

You're welcome to sit in on any part of the mixdown session, however the notes from the consultation meeting are usually sufficient to create the first draft.

4 Preview CD delivered

After the first draft mix is complete, you'll receive a preview CD.  Take a few days and listen to it on several different sound systems.  Note what you like or don't like and be ready to discuss with the engineer.

5.  Review notes, complete mix

Provide feedback on the mix either in person, via phone or e-mail.  The engineer will make a final pass to fix any issues you've identified.

6.  Final CD delivered

Final version of your CD will be available within 24 to 48 hours after notes have been reviewed.
